Terms of use

The services listed in these terms are operated by Cyshel Creative Ltd, a company registered in Israel, at Gartziani 6, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Cyshel (cyshel.com): The main Cyshel website.

Looks (lookstime.com, nails.cyshel.com): A booking and business platform for beauty studios, their clients and their teams.

Lineapp (lineapp.cyshel.com): A festival schedule app, on the web and on iOS.

Commander (commander.cyshel.com, commander-app.cyshel.com): A desktop tool and website for managing development agents.

Israeli Film Community (films.org.il): A community platform for filmmakers in Israel.

Ashlushy (ashlushy.com): A creator link page.

These terms also apply to any other app, website or service that Cyshel operates or that links to these terms, even if it is not named above.

Websites that Cyshel builds and operates for business clients, under the client's own brand, carry that client's own terms, not these terms.

Using any of the services, including browsing, registering or making a booking, is acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the services. Opening a business or studio account requires that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you act.

You sign in to the services with a Google account, an Apple account or a phone number. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and current details. An account is personal and belongs to one person; do not open an account for someone else and do not transfer an account. We may require verification of identity or details as a condition for using parts of the services.

When a client books an appointment through Looks, the service contract is formed between the client and the studio. Cyshel provides the platform, the appointment calendar and the payment facilitation only, and is not a party to the service contract.

The studio is responsible for the service itself, its quality, its pricing, its availability and for issuing receipts and invoices to its clients. Questions about a service provided at a studio should be directed to the studio.

Card payments are processed by Tranzila. Card details are held in Tranzila's secure vault; Cyshel does not store full card numbers.

A studio may require a deposit as a condition for confirming a booking. The deposit amount and its conditions are shown before you complete the booking. Payments made at the studio itself (cash, Bit) are recorded by the studio.

A studio using Looks pays Cyshel a subscription or usage fee under the business agreement between the studio and Cyshel.

Appointment cancellation and change windows are set by each studio and are shown before you complete the booking. Cancelling within the window the studio has set may forfeit the deposit, as shown before you book.

Nothing in these terms derogates from rights that cannot be contracted out of under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, and its provisions prevail wherever they apply.

A studio cancels its subscription under the business agreement between the studio and Cyshel.

Schedules, availability, prices and listings shown in the services, including festival lineups in Lineapp, open slots in Looks and listings on the community platforms, can change without notice.

Verify details with the studio or with the official source before relying on them. Cyshel is not liable for changes originating with third parties.

Content you upload to the services, including photos, portfolio images, reviews and posts, remains yours.

By uploading content you grant Cyshel a non-exclusive licence to host it and display it within the services, in order to operate them. You confirm that you hold the rights to the content and the consent of the people shown in it.

We may remove content that violates these terms or any law.

The services, the software, the design, the logo and Cyshel's trademarks are the property of Cyshel or its licensors, and are protected under intellectual property law.

You receive a limited licence for personal use, or for the internal use of your business under a business account. Do not copy the services and do not collect content or data from them by automated means.

Do not use the services for an unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these terms.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the operation of the services or circumvent security measures.

Do not harass or abuse other users or studio teams, and do not perform automated bulk access to the services without our prior written approval.

Some of the services are distributed through app stores. Apple's terms also apply to the iOS apps. Signing in with Google or Apple is also subject to those providers' terms.

The services may include WhatsApp channels and links to external websites. Those services are operated by third parties, and their terms govern their use.

The services are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the services will be available at all times or free of faults.

We may add, change or discontinue features and services. Services provided free of charge carry no availability commitment.

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Cyshel's total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to USD 100.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under Israeli law, and they do not derogate from consumer rights that cannot be contracted out of.

You will indemnify Cyshel against any third-party claim or demand arising from content you uploaded or from your breach of these terms.

Business users will also indemnify Cyshel for misuse of their own clients' data.

You may stop using the services at any time and request the deletion of your account by writing to legal@cyshel.com.

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, and we will give advance notice where feasible in the circumstances.

The sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction survive the end of your use.

These terms and the use of the services are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to their conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. This does not derogate from consumer venue rights that cannot be contracted out of under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. An updated version will be posted in the services with a new effective date.

We will announce a material change within the product. Continued use of the services after the updated version takes effect is acceptance of it.

These terms are published in Hebrew and in English. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
