WhatsApp is another company’s channel and we do not control it, so a message that is not delivered goes out by SMS.

You can charge a deposit when the appointment is booked, the balance at the end, or the whole amount up front. She pays by card or by Bit from her own phone.

When the payment goes through, a receipt or a tax-invoice receipt goes out with it, with no retyping of what already sits in the calendar.
