Accessibility statement

We regard equal, dignified and accessible service for people with disabilities as an integral part of the service itself, and not as an add-on. Accessibility is considered in the design of our products and in their ongoing development.

This page sets out what is accessible today, what is still in progress, and who you can contact when something does not work for you.

This statement covers the websites and apps operated by Cyshel Creative Ltd, including Cyshel, Looks, Lineapp, Commander, Israeli Film Community, Ashlushy.

It also covers any additional website or app that we operate and that links to this statement.

Client-branded sites that we build and operate for clients carry their own accessibility statements, published on those sites.

Our websites and apps are built toward the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard 5568 (IS 5568) at level AA.

IS 5568 is based on the international WCAG accessibility guidelines, so our work is measured against those as well.

The sites are built with semantic headings and defined navigation landmarks, full keyboard navigation and screen-reader labels.

The Looks sites carry an accessibility menu with six adjustments: two enlarged text sizes, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font, stopping animations and a large cursor. Your choices are saved on your device and applied before the page is first painted, so you are never shown, even for a moment, a display you asked to change. We are working to bring the menu to the rest of the services.

The sites also respect the reduced-motion preference set on your device.

Automated accessibility and contrast checks run on every code change, and issues found are fixed as part of our regular work.

An external accessibility audit has not yet been performed, so we do not claim full conformance with the standard, only conformance with the checks we have run so far. We will update this page when an external audit is completed.

Some older documents, third-party embedded components and the mobile app builds may not yet be fully accessible, and the accessibility menu is currently on the Looks sites only. We are working through the gaps gradually.

If you run into an accessibility barrier in any of our services, tell us and we will address it.

To report an accessibility barrier or request an adjustment, write to the accessibility coordinator or to legal@cyshel.com, and describe the page where you ran into the problem and the assistive technology you use, if relevant.

We aim to respond to every request within two business days. If a particular channel is not accessible to you, we will provide an alternative service channel.

The effective date of this statement is shown at the top of this page. We review the statement at least once a year, and whenever the services change materially.
